The sword is solidly made and even has a good balance and extended handle for swift and powerful moves. You just cannot face the Crazy 88 without a worthy sword, and this is a worthy sword.
We are proud to present the Hand Made Fully Authentic Kill Bill Katana of Bill. Look closely, this sword is almost an exact replica of the sword seen in the movie.
This Sword can be Fully Disassembled for cleaning or display.
This Hand Honed series swords are full tang and can be fully disassembled. The sword is made with high temper carbon steel, Hangan (Single Hard Steel, Maru Method). Every sword is hand sharpened by our expert blacksmiths to boast a razor sharp edge making cutting papers a seamless effort.
2nd Gen Hand Made Kill Bill Hattori Hanzo Brides's Sword
Attributes of the Weapon:
Blade: The blade of the steel has been hand crafted of high carbon steel. The carbon has been hammered throughout the blade to give the blade a consistent hardness. A hamon runs the length of the blade ending in an O-Kissake. At the base of the blade is the Lion of Hanzo etched into the steel. The blade comes sharp and full tang.
Saya: The Saya is wooden with a high gloss black lacquer finish. The Kojiri (at the bottom of the scabbard) is polished steel with an open square cut out. The symbol of the bride has been painted in a deep gold on the Saya. Just above this is a shiny copper kurigata with a black cotton sage-o. The symbol of Hattori Hanzo has been meticulously carved into the wood of the saya.
Tsuba: The Habaki is a single piece brass construction fitted over a copper Seppa. The Tsuba itself is a solid steel alloy plate with a beaded pattern. Another Seppa secures the Tsuba to the Tsuka of the sword.
Tsuka: The Tsuka is wood laid over the tang of the blade. Wrapped over the wood is an imitation ray skin with a black cotton. It wrapped over the same tang that is secured by two bamboo Mekugi.

Refunds & Returns:
All sales are final unless item is out of stock and unavailable due to selling these items on multiple web-sites. The 14 Day return is only for items that the customer pays to have sent back to us and has never been opened. The item must still be in factory package complete and not been open or used. Damages must be filed with the shipper. We would be glad to assist you in this process. Since we do offer free shipping returns that we do accept will have a 20% restocking fee plus actual shipping fee that it cost us to send the item to you.
Any signs showing that the box has been open the buyer will not be refunded for the item. An e-mail will be sent out and the customer will have 10 days to have a prepaid label sent to us to have the same item reshipped back to them. If a prepaid label is not received within 10 days from the date of the e-mail sent for the open package or used item the item will be disposed of. Some items sold include shipping. If your item is one of those items that includes shipping we will refund you minus the actual cost of shipping fees to ship the item to you. Please note each package shipped to a customer has a different price; we apologize in advance if this occurs, but is due to supply and demand of items being offered on multiple websites including this site. Returns are only accepted for miss shipped or defective items. Items outside of the US have to pay for shipping back.
